The Town of Newbury now offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards for After School Program Fees, Copies and Use of Records,  Dog Licenses, Current Taxes and Delinquent Taxes.

 

The payment processing company charges a per transaction service fee of 2.65% or a minimum charge of $1.50 to cardholders who use this service. You can also pay using an e-check for a fee of $1.50.
